  1. 6 Green Bell Peppers

  2. 1 1/2c Breadcrumbs

  3. 1 c Cooked Ham, Chopped

  4. 1 1/2ts Salt

  5. 2 tb Minced Onion

  6. 2 tb Butter

  7. 1 1/2c Cooked Tomatoes

  1. + Directions : Wash peppers and cut approximately 1" off the top and remove the seeds. Pour boiling water over and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Fry pepper tops and minced onion in butter. When tender, combine with breadcrumbs, ham, tomatoes and salt. Fill pepper shells and bake in moderate 350F oven for 45 minutes.
