  1. 300 g Sesame seeds

  2. 2 tbsp Honey

  3. 1 tbsp Bamboo skewers

  4. 12 pcs Marinade

  5. Red Braising Sauce

  6. 2 tbsp Pure Sesame Oil

  7. 2 tsp

  1. Soak the bamboo skewers in water for an hour. Keep for later use.

  2. Defrost the chicken tendons and marinate for 20 minutes. Arrange on skewers.

  3. Grill and glaze with the marinade occasionally until golden and done. Takes around 15 minutes. Brush with honey at the last 3 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve with extra red braising sauce.
