  1. 4 fillets of white fish such as Tilapia, Grouper, Snapper, anything!

  2. Your favorite blackening spice

  3. salt

  4. pepper

  5. 1 tablespoon butter

  6. lime wedges

  1. Ok, this is such a great meal for a weeknight when you want something different from the same old chicken. Blackened fish has so much flavor! So what you want to do first is heat up a saucepan or grilled to high heat!!! I mean, smoking hot! Take the fish and pat that sucker dry. Once dry put salt, pepper, and the blackening seasoning to coat all the fish, make sure you pat it all down so it sticks. When you’re ready, put the butter on there and throw the fish on. Let cook for about 1-2 minutes on the first side, then flip over. Be careful, the fish is delicate and might fall apart! After 2 minutes on the other side, go ahead and take it off, put some lime wedges on the side, and there you go! I hope you like it :)
