  1. 400g (14oz) purple sprouting broccoli florets

  2. 75g (3oz) goat's cheese

  3. 2tsp extra virgin olive oil

  4. Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  1. Steam the broccoli in a steamer or in a colander over a pan of boiling water for 5 mins or until just tender.

  2. Transfer to a heatproof serving dish, crumble over the cheese and drizzle over the oil. Season to taste.

  3. Place under a preheated grill for 2-3 mins until lightly browned.
