  1. 1 16 ounce can whole kernal corn

  2. 1 16 ounce can creamed corn

  3. 1 box of Jiffy corn muffin mix

  4. 2 egg s, beaten

  5. 1 stick margarine /butter, melted

  6. 1 6 ounce container of sour cream

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT sour cream. (Note: Do NOT drain the corn.) Mix until smooth then fold in the sour cream. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 hour in a 2 quart casserole dish.
