  7. Salt - to taste

  8. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  9. 6 tablespoons 90ml Pine nuts - toasted

  10. 9 oz 255g Smoked mozzarella - sliced

  11. 1/8" to

  12. 1/4"-thk

  1. Mix radicchio, arugula, and tomatoes in large bowl. Place lemon juice in small bowl. Gradually whisk in olive oil. Season dressing with salt and pepper. Add to salad; toss. Divide among 6 plates. Sprinkle salads with nuts. Serve with cheese.
