  1. 1 env. unflavored gelatin

  2. 8 apples

  3. 1 tsp. apple pie spices or cinnamon

  4. 2 tbsp. lemon juice

  5. Artificial sweetener equal to 14 tsp. sugar (7 packets)

  1. Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Peel, slice and cook apples (slowly) in 3/4 cup water until tender. Add gelatin mixture, sweetener, lemon juice and spice to taste to hot apples. Pour into pie crust.
