  1. 4 chicken breast filets **MARINADE**

  2. 8 ounces plain yogurt

  3. 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

  4. 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion

  5. 2 teaspoons minced garlic

  6. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  7. 2 teaspoons curry powder

  1. Preparation : In small bowl, combine all THE MARINADE ingredients AND mix well. Place chicken filets in a shallow baking dish and cover with marinade, mix well so all of the chicken is covered. Let chicken marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours. Prepare grill. Grill chicken 3-4 inches from heat source, 5-6 minutes per side. Serve with pita bread.
