  1. 50 g 50 g 100 g Dried black fungus

  2. 5 g Onion(s)

  3. 100 g 1/2 pcs Ginger (s)

  4. 1 slice

  5. Salt Reduced Light Soy Sauce

  6. 1/2 tsp Plum Sauce

  7. 2 tbsp Sugar

  8. 1/4 tsp Corn starch

  9. 1 tsp Water

  10. 3 tbsp

  1. Blanch the sugar snaps. Soak the black fungus and blanch.

  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok to sweat ginger and onion, saute mixed mushrooms and fungus.

  3. Stir in sugar snaps and lily bulb segments for a while. Add the seasoning mix, boil and toss well to serve hot.
