  3. 1/2 c Celery chunks

  4. 1 c Water 

  5. 2 Beef bouilion cubes

  6. 1/4 c Flour 

  7. 1 tb Italian herb seasoning or -

  8. 2 lb Beef chuck, cut 

  9. 1' cubes 

  10. 1 ts each thyme, oregano, -

  11. 3 md Carrots, cut 

  12. 1' diag Rosemary

  13. 6 md Yellow onions, quartered 

  14. 1 Bay leaf

  15. 4 md Potatoes, peeled, cut - Pepper to taste

  16. 1/2 ' Cubes

  1. Mix together soup, water, and flour until smooth. Combine with remaining ingredients in a covered roasting pan. Bake for 4 to 5 hours at 275 deg f. When ready to serve adjust seasonings to taste.
