  1. 1/2 pound chicken breasts boneless, cut into small cubes

  2. 1 x thai seasoning

  3. 1 x soy sauce

  4. 1 x water

  5. 1 x chicken broth

  6. 1 x pasta, angel hair

  7. 1 x hot chili oil asian*

  1. Season chicken chunks with thai seasoning and soy sauce to taste.

  2. Heat oil, and stir-fry chicken.

  3. In the meantime, cook pasta in 3 parts water, 1 part chicken broth.

  4. Drain pasta, add chicken, sprinkle soy sauce over the top, and serve.

  5. Very very quick and easy.
