  1. 2 cups 320g / 11oz Drained - cooked pinto beans

  2. 2 Green onions - minced

  3. 3/4 cup 177ml Jack or cheddar - grated

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Cilantro - minced

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chili powder

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  7. 1 Garlic - crushed

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Bacon drippings

  1. Recipe Instructions Mash beans, add the other ingredients. except the fat, and mix well, seasoning with salt and garlic to taste. Heat fat in chafing dish, add the mixture and stir until cheese is melted and the dip is bubbling. Serve warm with freshly made tostadas. Yield: approx.
