  2. 1 pound crawfish tails

  3. 1 bunch -- green onions

  4. 1/4 cup flour

  5. 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  6. 1 can cream of celery soup

  7. 1/4 pound butter

  8. 2 tablespoons sherry -- to taste

  9. salt and pepper to taste

  10. 16 pastry shells

  1. Melt butter over medium heat. Chop green onions fine and cook in melted butter for 5 minutes. Add flour and blend until bubbly. Add mushroom and celery soups and continue to cook for 5 minutes longer. Add crawfish tails with juice, sherry, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until warm. Fill pastry shells and serve.
