  2. Grind 3/4 cup walnuts in a food processor or coffee grinder so that

  3. they end up a mixture of some pieces but mostly ground. (Don't let

  4. it turn into walnut butter.)

  5. Cook one pound of pasta and drain.

  6. Melt some butter in a pan over low, add in some crushed garlic.

  7. Be careful not to burn. Add in the walnuts, and stir for a few

  8. minutes. Add in some half and half or whole cream to make a sauce

  9. a little thicker than gravy. Turn off heat and add grated Parmesan

  10. Reggiano to taste.

  11. Serve over the drained pasta.
