  2. 4 Yellow summer squash; sliced

  3. 1 Onion; medium, chopped

  4. 4 oz Green chilies; (1 can); chop

  5. 10 Saltine crackers; crushed

  6. Salt & pepper to taste 1 1/2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded

  7. 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at

  8. 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
