  1. 350 g 1 pc

  2. 2 tbsp 2 tbsp 1 tsp 1 tsp Chicken Bouillon Powder

  3. 1 tsp Pure Sesame Oil

  4. 1 tsp Lime Juice

  5. 2 tbsp Sugar

  6. 1/2 tsp Salt

  7. 1/4 tsp Pepper to taste

  1. Mix fish with marinade. Put fish on greased foil. Sprinkle with chopped lemon grass, shallot and red chili. Wrap up foil to form a packet. Bake at 230C/450F hot oven for 15 minutes or until done.
