  1. chicken wings

  2. soy a sauce

  3. ginger , finely minced

  4. green onion s, chopped

  5. pepper

  1. Preheat oven on broil.

  2. Cover cookie sheet with tin foil and put a rack.

  3. Separate wings from thighs.

  4. In a bowl, add wings.

  5. Almost cover with half soya sauce, half water.

  6. Add ginger, green onions and pepper.

  7. Place on rack and broil till dark brown / black and turn. Repeat.
