  2. 3 cups 480g / 16oz Cooked rice

  3. 16 oz 454g Red beans or pinto beans - - rinsed and drained

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Hickory-smoked BBQ sauce

  1. Recipe Instructions Brown sausage in large skillet over medium-high heat; drain and return sausage to skillet. Stir in rice, beans, and sauce. Cook until thoroughly heated, about 2 to 3 minutes. Microwave Oven Instructions: Place sausage in microproof baking dish. Cover with waxed paper; cook on HIGH 3 minutes. Add rice, beans and sauce. Cook on HIGH 4 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring after 2 minutes.
