  1. 29 1/28 ml minced fresh cilantro

  2. 36.97 ml fresh lime juice

  3. 22.18 ml olive oil

  4. 680 1/38 g boneless skinless chicken breast halves

  5. cooking spray

  6. 236 1/29 ml chopped plum tomato (about 2)

  7. 29 1/28 ml finely chopped onions

  8. 9.85 ml fresh lime juice

  9. 1 1/53 ml salt

  10. 1/29 ml fresh ground black pepper

  11. 1 Avocado , peeled and finely chopped

  1. To prepare chicken, combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Toss and let stand 3 minutes.

  3. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.

  4. Sprinkle chicken evenly with 1/4 teaspoon salt.

  5. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.

  6. Coat pan with cooking spray.

  7. Add chicken to pan; cook 6 minutes on each side or until done.

  8. To prpare salsa, combine tomato and next 4 ingredients (through pepper) in a medium bowl.

  9. Add avocado; stir gently to combine.

  10. Serve salsa over chicken.
