  4. 1 Zucchini (medium)

  5. 1 Red, yellow or orange bell pepper - quartered

  6. 2 Red onion slices, about 1/4" thick Olive oil Salt and pepper

  7. 2 cups 474ml Shredded Romaine lettuce

  8. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Fontina cheese - grated

  9. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Flour tortillas (large)

  1. Recipe Instructions Prepare spread in a small bowl. Combine mayonnaise, basil, and lime juice. Stir to blend. Brush vegetables with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange vegetables on a medium-hot barbeque. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, or until grill marks appear. Flip over and grill an additional 2 minutes. Lay out flour tortillas, and spread on the mayonnaise mixture. Place lettuce on tortilla, top with cheese and vegetables off the grill. Wrap as you would a burrito. Serves 2.
