  1. 1 pound ground beef

  2. 14 ounce plain tomato sauce

  3. 11 ounces tomato paste

  4. 1 bell pepper

  5. 1/4 pound mushrooms basil garlic powder oregano

  6. 1 clove garlic

  1. In a large 1 1/2" deep sauce/frying pan, brown the ground beef. Add the tomato paste and tomato sauce. Stir well. Dice pepper and add to sauce. Slice mushrooms and add to sauce. Add basil, oregano, garlic powder and garlic clove. Let simmer 15 - 20 minutes. Serve over any type of cooked pasta.
