  1. 2 cups flaked coconut

  2. 1-1/2 cups dried apricots

  3. 1 cup golden raisins

  4. 1/3 cup orange juice

  5. 3 tablespoons grated orange peel

  6. 1-1/2 cups coarsely chopped blanched almonds, toasted Confectioners' sugar

  1. In a food processor, combine the first five ingredients. Cover and process until mixture is finely chopped and well blended. Stir in almonds. Roll into 1-in. balls, then roll in confectioners' sugar. Let dry on wire racks for about 1 hour. Store in an airtight container. Yield: 5-1/2 dozen.
