  2. RAISED RABBITS WITH PRUNES

  6. 1 Rabbit, boned

  7. 1/2 c Flour

  8. 1/4 lb Butter

  9. 1 pk Prunes

  10. 1 cn Beef broth

  11. 1 cn Chicken broth

  12. Salt & White Pepper

  13. Season rabbit pieces with salt and white pepper. Dredge in flour and shake

  14. off the excess. Fry in moderately heated butter. Add flour and brown

  15. slightly. Add prunes, beef broth and chicken broth. Cover and bake at 375

  16. degrees until meat falls away from the bones. Serve with wild rice.
