  1. 1/4 cup 59ml -- 1 Flour - rice flour, moong flour

  2. 1 Grated carrot

  3. 1 Onion finely chopped

  4. 1 Tomato finely chopped

  5. 1/2 Beetroot grated

  6. 1 Spring onion finely chopped

  7. 3 Green chillies crushed fine

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Oil

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Soda bicarb Salt to taste Oil to shallow fry

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix all ingredients. Add enough water to make batter. Spread a big spoonful thickly on a hot dosa or non-stick tawa. Sprinkle a teaspoon oil over it. Flip over, roast other side. Cool, pack with ketchup if desired. Makes: 7-8 omlettes Making time: 15-20 mins.
