  1. 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped

  2. 1 (4 1/2 oz) green chilies diced and drained

  3. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (canned is fine)

  4. 1 cup mayo

  1. Stir together all ingredients and spoon into a 1 quart (greased) baking dish.

  2. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes until the middle bubbles and the edges brown.

  3. Serve with tostitoes or pita chips.
