  3. 3/4 teaspoon(s) salt

  4. 1/2 teaspoon(s) dried thyme leaves

  5. 1/4 teaspoon(s) coarsely ground black pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In 13" by 9" metal baking pan, arrange potatoes in single layer. Spray potatoes with olive-oil spray to coat; toss with salt, thyme, and pepper. Roast potatoes 20 to 25 minutes, turning once with metal spatula, until golden and fork-tender.
