  6. 1 pint(s) cherry tomatoes

  7. 4 tablespoon(s) avocado-chile dressing

  1. Toss onions with olive oil and salt and pepper. Bake at 450 degrees F until tender, about 35 minutes, turning once. Divide arugula or romaine, cherry tomatoes, and the roasted onions among 4 plates, drizzle each salad with 1 Tbsp dressing.
