  4. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  5. 1/4 cup ancho chili powder

  6. 2 tablespoons pasilla chili powder

  7. 1/4 cup paprika

  8. 1 teaspoon cayenne

  9. 1 teaspoon black pepper

  10. 1 teaspoon salt

  11. 1/4 cup olive oil

  1. In a food processor combine all ingredients except the oil. Process for 30 seconds.

  2. Then, with the motor running, add the oil in a slow stream. Process until the mixture is emulsified.
