  3. 1 pound ground beef

  4. 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce

  5. 1 can (14 ounces) kidney beans, undrained

  6. 1/2 cup water

  7. 1 package McCormick® Taco Seasoning

  8. 1 package (8 ounces) corn muffin mix

  9. 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  10. 1/4 cup sliced green onion

  11. 1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain.

  12. 2. Stir in tomato sauce, beans, water and Taco Seasoning Mix. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes.

  13. 3. Prepare corn muffin mix according to package directions. Drop small spoonfuls of muffin batter over meat mixture in a skillet. Cover and cook over medium-low heat 15-17 minutes or until corn bread is done.

  14. 4. Top with cheese and green onion. Cover and cook over low heat until cheese melts.
