  1. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Peanut butter - chunky

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Plum jam or apricot-pineapple preserves

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Soy sauce

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon or lime juice

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Plum wine

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Hot chile vodka or Prepared hot sauce - (Tabasco)

  1. Combine ingredients, except chile vodka, in a Pyrex bowl. Mix well and place bowl in microwave for 30-60 seconds, watching carefully so mixture doesn't boil over. Remove from microwave and stir in chile oil or hot sauce. Allow to cool.

  2. Serve as an appetizer as a dipping sauce for vegetables and fruit. Such as: green onions, asparagus, carrot sticks, celery sticks, sliced apples, fresh mushrooms, etc.

  3. Always a big hit at parties.
