  1. Vegetables like onions, carrot, peas, potatoes, bell pepper, beans, and cauliflower, chopped

  2. 2 cup rava

  3. 1/4 tsp mustard

  4. 1/2 tsp urad dal

  5. 1/2 tsp channa dal

  6. a small pinch hing

  7. 3 green chillies

  8. a small piece ginger

  9. a few washed curry leaves

  10. 1 tsp ghee

  11. 3 tsp cooking oil

  12. 3/4 tsp salt

  1. Dry roast rava in a pan for 5 minutes and keep it aside.

  2. Boil all the vegetables with ½ tsp salt.

  3. Boil 3½ cups of water.

  4. Sauté mustard, urad dal, channa dal, hing, green chillies, ginger, and curry leaves in oil.

  5. Add the boiling water to the above, and allow it to boil.

  6. Now add vegetables, salt, ghee, and 1 tsp cooking oil.

  7. After a few minutes put the roasted rava, and stir it continuously until the rava gets cooked.
