  1. 4 tablespoons 60ml Grated horseradish

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Caster sugar

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Pepper

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Mustard. English

  6. 4 tablespoons 60ml Single cream

  1. Mix all in a bowl and serve. Difficult it aint:) More horseradish means a hotter sauce.

  2. A little malt vinegar can be added though this is not recommended for anything other than commercial presentations where costs will outweigh appearance.
