  1. Green mango 1 Cup (16 tbs) , shredded

  2. Roasted peantuts 2 Tablespoon , crush

  3. Dried shrimps 2 Tablespoon

  4. Red onion 1 Tablespoon , chop

  5. For the dressing

  6. Hot chili 1 Tablespoon , chop

  7. Vinegar 1 Tablespoon

  8. Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon

  9. Sugar 1 Tablespoon

  10. Lime juice 12 Small

  1. Directions GETTING READY 1. Shred the green mango, chop the hot chili and red onion, and crush the roasted peanuts, set aside.

  2. MAKING 2. In a bowl combine hot chili, sugar, vinegar, fish sauce and lime juice, stir until the sugar is dissolved.

  3. In a large salad bowl combine green mango, red onions, dried shrimps and roasted peanuts, pour the dressing on top and toss it well, garnish with mint leaves.

  4. SERVING 4. Serve the spicy mango salad along with your meal.
