  2. 3 oz 85g Sliced mushrooms - , sauteed

  3. 1/2 oz 14g Bread crumbs

  4. 3 oz 85g Daufuskie cheese sauce - (below) Sauce

  5. 2 oz 56g Coarse mustard - (country mustard)

  6. 2 oz 56g Heavy cream

  7. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Cheddar cheese

  8. 2 oz 56g Cooked crumbled bacon

  9. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Worcestershire sauce

  10. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Tabasco sauce To taste salt To taste pepper

  1. Recipe Instructions Make sauce by heating cream in heavy skillet. Add ingredients of sauce. Whisk until smooth over medium heat. Bake grouper at 350F until almost cooked. Add sauce, sauteed mushrooms and bread crumbs. Return to oven until bread crumbs brown. Serve with lemon wedge.
