    2. 1 lb fish (pike,cod, cat-fish, perch)

    3. 4 ea large potatoes boiled

    4. for Sour cream sauce

    5. 125 g sour cream

    6. 1 tsp flour

    7. 1 tsp oil

    8. 4 oz cheese

    9. salt

    2. Grease a pan with fat, put sliced potatoes around and fish slices in the centre, salt. Mix sour cream with oil and flour thoroughly and pour over . Sprinkle with cheese. And bake in the oven for 30-40 mins.
