    6. 1/2 c Butter

    7. 3 Egg, well beaten

    8. 1/2 c Water

    9. 3 Lemon, juice of

    10. 3 Lemon, grated rind of

    11. Cream the butter and sugar thoroughly; add the eggs and mix well. Add

    12. the water and lemon juice and rind. Cook in top of double boiler

    13. until thick.
