  1. 1 tablespoon 15ml Extract of ginger

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Honey

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sugar syrup - (refer introduction)

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon juice

  5. Salt a pinch

  6. 1 Glass chilled water

  1. Put all ingredients in a tall vessel.

  2. Beat with an electric beater till frothy.

  3. Pour in glass and serve immediately.

  4. Use soda instead of water if desired.

  5. Making time: 10 minutes Makes: 1 large glass
