  1. 1/2 Pkg. elbow macaroni

  2. 1 Can chili beans..any kind will do

  3. 1 Can chili ready tomatoes

  4. 1 Pkg. chedder cheese...we prefer the sharp

  1. Preparation : Cook macaroni, drain and set aside. In a large pot, cook beans and tomatoes. Stir in macaroni and add about 1/2 of the cheese. Stir until it is melted. Pour into baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degree for about 20 minutes or until bubbly. I also some grated onion and some finely chopped bell peppers and minced garlic from time to time. Will also use Rotelle (sp) tomatoes with chili's already in it. There is so much one can do with this...go ahead and enjoy
