  1. 1/2 cup Southwestern Chipotle 10-Minute Marinade (Mrs. Dash)

  2. Four 3/4-in.-thick pork chops (about 10 oz each)


  4. 2 peaches, halved, pitted and diced

  5. 1/3 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves, chopped

  6. Grated peel and juice from 1 large lime

  7. 1 Tbsp finely chopped seeded red or green jalapeño pepper

  8. 1/4 tsp salt

  1. Put marinade and pork in a gallon-size ziptop bag, seal bag and turn to coat pork. Refrigerate 2 hours, or overnight.

  2. Heat outdoor grill.

  3. Meanwhile, make salsa: Mix ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate.

  4. Remove chops from bag; place on grill (discard bag with marinade). Grill, turning as needed to avoid burning, 10 to 12 minutes until cooked through. Serve with the salsa.Good with corn on the cob.
