  1. 1 Large Can of Crushed Pineapple , drained

  2. 1 Large Can of Mandarin Oranges, drained

  3. 16oz Tub of Cool Whip Whipped Topping

  4. 2 Lbs of Cottage Cheese , small-curd

  5. 2 Packets (6oz each) of Orange Jell-O

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese and orange Jell-O together. When the Jell-O has blended well with the cottage cheese, add the pineapple and mandarin oranges. Carefully mix the Cool Whip into the mixture in order to keep the fruit as intact as possible. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Garnish with fresh orange slices or mini-marshmallows.
