  1. In a pan add butter, cumin seeds, chopped onions, salt mix well now add the kapurs cut into 4 parts mix well, now add ginger garlic paste, turmuric, green chillies , red chilli pwd, coriander pwd, mix well cook for 10 min by closing a lid.

  2. After 10-15 min remove the lid add garamasala, pepper pwd, coriander leaves mix well switch of the flame and serve hot
