  1. Pineapple Pie

  2. 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  3. 1/2 cup sugar

  4. 8 tablespoons margarine or butter

  5. 2 small pkgs. instant vanilla pudding

  6. 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained

  7. 1 pint sour cream

  8. 1/2 pint whipping cream

  9. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  10. To prepare crust, combine all ingredients and press into 9-inch

  11. 325F for 15 minutes. Cool. To prepare filling,

  12. combine all ingredients. Pour into cooled pie crust and refrigerate

  13. until filling sets. To prepare topping, combine cream and vanilla

  14. and whip until cream is spreadable. Immediately before serving,

  15. top filling with whipped cream.
