  7. 1 c Vegetable stock, boiling

  8. Hot 2 tb Lemon juice

  9. 1/2 ts Soy sauce

  10. 1 Clove garlic, finely minced

  11. Dash, cayenne pepper

  12. 1 Tomato, diced

  13. 1/2 c Chopped green onions

  14. 1/2 c Minced parsley

  15. 1/4 c Finely chopped fresh mint

  16. Soak the bulgur in the hot stock for 30 minutes: Combine the lemon juice,

  17. soy sauce, garlic, and cayenne in a small jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously to blend; set aside. Drain the bulgur and combine it with

  18. the tomato, green onions, parsley, and mint. Add the dressing and toss

  19. thoroughly.
