  2. broccoli slaw

  3. 1 large head Boston lettuce

  4. 1 small takeout order Chinese white rice

  5. 1 large takeout order Chinese chicken and peanut stir-fry

  1. Place broccoli slaw in microwave-safe medium bowl. Cover and microwave on High 1 minute or until broccoli is warm and slightly softened.

  2. Meanwhile, rinse and drain lettuce; separate head into 16 leaves. Refrigerate remaining lettuce for another use.

  3. To assemble, into each lettuce leaf, place about 1 tablespoon rice, 1 tablespoon broccoli slaw, and 1/4 cup stir-fry. Fold leaves over and eat with hands.
