  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Ground chuck

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Minced garlic - (1 clove)

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dried parsley

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried basil

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried crushed oregano

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  7. 4 Red Hot sauce

  8. 4 tablespoons 60ml Worcestershire sauce

  9. 2 Tomato sauce - (15 oz ea)

  10. 1 Tomato paste - (6 oz)

  11. 1 Diced tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz)

  1. In a large skillet, brown ground chuck over medium-high heat, then drain well.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Stir often.
