  2. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

  3. 1/4 cup honey, or to taste

  4. 1 lemon, juiced salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

  5. 2 (16-oz) bags shredded cabbage coleslaw mix

  1. Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add the coleslaw mix and toss until coated with the dressing. Chill and toss before serving.
