  1. Polish Sausage and Kraut

  2. 2 lbs Polish (smoked) sausage cut into about three inch pieces

  3. 1 package sauerkraut, well drained

  4. 1 onion, diced half head cabbage

  5. 1 tbs black pepper

  6. 1 tbs caraway seeds, or more

  7. splash of Champagne, white wine, or water

  8. Put all ingredients into a crockpot in the morning and cook on low

  9. 6 to 8 hours

  10. and you have a very nice Polish meal.
