  1. 1 unbaked refrigerated deep dish pie crust

  2. 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  3. 1 1/4 cups ham, cut in small cubes

  4. 1/4 lb mild pork sausage, cooked and crumbled

  5. 1/4 cup green bell peppers, diced

  6. 1/4 cup red bell peppers, diced

  7. 1/2 jalapeno pepper, diced

  8. 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese

  9. 8 large eggs

  10. 1 teaspoon salt

  11. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  12. 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard

  13. 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream

  14. 1 cup salsa

  15. 8 oz sour cream

  16. 4 green onions, diced

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pie crust in a glass pie dish. In crust, arrange bacon, ham, sausage, green and red peppers, jalapenos and cheese and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, salt, pepper, mustard and cream. Carefully pour into pie crust. Place dish onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake uncovered until center is set, about 50-55 minutes. If crust is getting too brown and center is not set, place in microwave the last 5-8 minutes. Remove from oven and let set 5 or 6 minutes. Cut into wedges and place on a serving plate. Top with 1 tablespoon salsa, sour cream, and green onions.
