  1. 2/3 cup 157ml Mustard

  2. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz White sugar

  3. 1/4 cup 40g / 1.4oz Brown sugar

  4. 1 cup 237ml Cider vinegar

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chili powder

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Black pepper

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml White pepper

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cayenne pepper

  9. 5 Tabasco

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Soy sauce

  11. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter

  1. Mix all ingredients except soy and butter.

  2. Simmer 10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in soy and butter.
