  1. 2 cups 474ml Red potatoes - cut in

  2. 1" chunks (medium)

  3. 1/2 cup 8g / 1/3oz Fresh dill sprigs

  4. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Broccoli (about 1 1/4 cup)

  5. 3 Scallions - minced

  6. 3 tablespoons 45ml Lemon juice

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Olive oil

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Fresh dill - minced

  9. Black pepper

  1. Steam potatoes over boiling water containing the dill sprigs for about 5 min. Add broccoli and steam until vegetables are tender, about another 5 min.

  2. Place potatoes and broccoli in large bowl and add scallions, lemon juice, olive oil and pepper. Toss well.

  3. Serve warm as a side dish, or chill for about 1 hr and serve as a salad.
